1. Introduction<\/strong>
These Terms of Service of the Coco\u2019s Pet Store online shop (hereinafter: Web Shop) apply to the use and purchase of products via the Web Shop by natural and legal persons (hereinafter: Customer). The Web Shop is operated by Coco\u2019s Management, a limited liability company for services, with its registered office in Ika, Primorska 31, 51414, Croatia, OIB: 41310100969, MB: 05702291, IBAN: HR8524020061101135999, Erste&Steierm\u00e4rkische Bank d.d., email: info@cocos-petstore.com<\/a> (hereinafter: Seller).<\/p>\n

2. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong>
By using the Web Shop, the Customer agrees to the terms set out in this document. The Customer undertakes to comply with all rules and conditions stated herein while using the Web Shop.<\/p>\n

3. Purchase Process<\/strong>
The Customer orders products via the Web Shop. After selecting the desired products, the Customer will be redirected to the order confirmation page. To proceed with the order, the Customer must fill out the delivery form and choose a payment method. The Customer will then receive confirmation of the successful order via email or SMS.<\/p>\n

4. Product Prices and Payment Methods<\/strong>
All product prices in the Web Shop are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added during checkout. Customers can choose between several payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card, and cash on delivery.<\/p>\n

5. Product Delivery<\/strong>
Once the order is successfully confirmed, the Seller will deliver the products to the address provided in the order. Delivery costs will be charged according to the current delivery price list. The Seller will inform the Customer about the delivery time via email or SMS.<\/p>\n

6. Data Privacy<\/strong>
All personal data entered by the Customer during the purchase will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The data will be used exclusively for order fulfillment, customer support, and service improvement. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except when required by law or when necessary for delivery or transaction processing. The Customer has the right to access, delete, or correct their personal data at any time.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Coco\u2019s Pet Store Web Shop commits to respecting the privacy of its customers and website users and to processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n

By accepting these Terms of Service, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with the website usage rules and will comply with all conditions and regulations stated herein.<\/p>\n

Any disputes arising from the use of the Coco\u2019s Pet Store Web Shop will be resolved amicably whenever possible. If this is not achievable, the competent court will be the court in Rijeka, Croatia.<\/p>\n
